Peach County Seniors dominate Dougherty on Senior Night 15-0
DJ Hudson Drives 4 Runners Home In Peach County Trojans Victory Over Dougherty Varsity Trojans

DJ Hudson drove in four runs on four hits to lead Peach County Trojans past Dougherty Varsity Trojans 15-0 on Friday. Hudson singled in the fourth scoring two, singled in the first scoring one, and singled in the third scoring one.
Jackson Peavy struck out 12 batters on the day. The starting pitcher also allowed zero hits and zero runs over four innings while walking one.
Peach County Trojans got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Hudson singled, scoring one run, Scout Willingham homered to left field, scoring two runs, and Owen Meredith was struck by a pitch, driving in a run.
Peach County Trojans scored six runs on five hits in the bottom of the third inning. Xavion Childs grounded out, scoring one run, Zion Hudson singled, scoring one run, Hudson singled, scoring one run, Kade Thompson doubled, scoring two runs, and one run scored on another play.
Peach County Trojans scored five runs on two hits in the bottom of the fourth inning. An error scored one run, Hudson singled, scoring two runs, and Thompson singled, scoring two runs.
Joshua Weaver took the loss for Dougherty Varsity Trojans. The righty went one inning, surrendering four runs (three earned) on three hits, striking out one and walking none.
Peach County Trojans tallied 11 hits in the game. Thompson and Hudson each drove in four runs for Peach County Trojans. Hudson collected two hits for Peach County Trojans in four at bats. Meredith, Hudson, and Hudson each stole multiple bases for Peach County Trojans. Peach County Trojans stole 16 bases in the game. Peach County Trojans were sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Willingham made the most plays with 12.
