Peach Volleyball splits the Tri-Match at Upson-Lee
Match One vs Crawford County
Peach County dominated Crawford County for the second time in six days. The Lady Trojans led from pole to flag in game one as Alexia Heyward paced the attack with five straight Aces and Ryenne Stephens had four Kills as Peach won 25-14. In game two the Lady Trojans trailed 5-0 to start, but Heyward led the comeback with 6 Aces as Peach won 25-17. The win moves Peach County to 5-8 on the season.
Match Two vs Upson-Lee
Peach County had six service errors, leading to Upson-Lee winning 25-23 in game one. The lead was never more than two on either side. Kelly Blackmon had 4 Aces and 3 Kills to lead the Lady Trojans.
Upson-Lee broke away early in game two and never trailed as they won 25-16 to secure the match.
The loss drops Peach's record to 5-9 and 0-3 in Area 2-AAA play.
