Peach County Cross Country had a great showing at the GHSA State Championships
The Cross Country Trojans completed a great season with a strong showing at the GHSA State Championship Meet in Carrollton. Jackson Warlick, Micah New, Giovany Palencia, Elijah Rouse, Andrew Cabiness, Ashton Hayes, and Jose Acosta represented their school with great pride. Jackson Warlick and Micah New were our top finishers. The men finished 21st in the state.
For the ladies, Aydriana Jackson, Janae Banks, Kaydence Bare, Leila Nesmith, Aubrie Wingo, and Dulce Avila-Hernandez represented their school. Aydriana Jackson finished 12th in the state, and the ladies' team finished 18th.
Both teams are full of underclassmen runners, and the future looks very bright. Go Trojans!
