Good showing for Cross County in first meet
Cross Country opened its season today with the "Into the Trail" meet at Locust Grove. Ivan Lopez led the way for the Trojans with a time of 20:47. Osten Rigby had a time of 21:05. Micah New ran a 21:56. Pedro Sanchez ran a 21:58, and Khristian McComb came in at 22:56. On his team's performance, Coach Coleman said, "That was my top 5. We definitely exceeded expectations. Our "Runner of the Week" is Osten Rigby, who had a huge Personal Record today. We are excited about the season and our continued progression."
