eSport Week 3 Update
Our Splatoon 3 team faced last season's champion from Northview HS on Feb. 28th and put up a good fight before eventually falling with a match loss of 1-3. Our Splatoon 3 team is currently ranked #10 in the state.
Brian Hill won by forfeit in NBA 2K this week. He is ranked #12 in the state.
Our Super Smash Brothers A team secured a victory this week against Trinity Christian School. Jordans Woods had a 2-0 set win, and Christian Cutrell had a 2-1 set win. Our Smash B team had a split this week, losing a rescheduled match against Fayette County High School 1-2 and winning 2-0 against Claxton High School. Our Smash Team A is currently ranked #38, and our B team is ranked #75 in A-4A.
Our Mario Kart 8 team lost to Thomas County Central by a match score of 2-0. They are now currently ranked #18 in the state.
ChrisPBacon secured two victories this week. One win against Irwin County HS school and the other by forfeit against Turner County HS. ChrisPBacon is currently ranked #6 in the state.
William Hudson secured a win by forfeit yesterday against Westminster. He is currently ranked #55 in the state.
This week's PCHS eSports Player of the Week is Tyler Willams for 2-0ing each of his opponents across three Smash matches, including one three-stock victory.
