eSports Season Update
The PCHS Splatoon 3 team nicknamed "You Guys Made Me Ink-ling" is now ranked #4 in the state after their victory against "Spite & Octolings" of Evans High School. They will play the #2 ranked "Discovery Titans Green" of Discovery High School in Lawrenceville, GA. Discovery High School lost this past week to the #1 ranked Toombs Co High School.
PCHS also saw success in Smash Brothers this week as "The Baboonz" defeated Harlem High School's "Anti-Pythra Society" 2-1. Christian Cutrell lost his set 1-2, while Jordan Woods and Trentavious Brown helped secure the team win by winning their sets 2-0. They moved to #20 in the state. "Jones BBQ & Foot Massage" lost in Smash this week 0-2 against Sol C. Johnson High School. They dropped to #60 in the state.
This week is the last week of the regular season for eSports. "You Guys Made Me Ink-ling" and "The Baboonz" are looking to start their bids for a championship in the playoffs which begin the week following Thanksgiving.
