Smash eSports wins 1st Round Playoffs
The PCHS Smash Team, "The Baboonz," defeated East Jackson High School on Wednesday with a score of 2-0. Jordan Woods won his set 2-1. Christian Cutrell won his set 2-0. Trentavious Brown also won his set, although his scores did not count since PCHS had already secured the win. They will face off against the #2 ranked "Landmark Smash Gold" from Landmark Christian School out of Fairburn, GA, on Monday, December 5th at 3:00 pm. Landmark Christian finished the regular season 7-1 and won their first-round playoff game against Irwin County HS with a 2-0 victory.
The PCHS Splatoon team, "You Guys Made Me Ink-ling," also plays their first-round playoff game on Monday against Northside High School. Game time is slated for 4 pm. Both games will be live-streamed on the PCHS eSports YouTube channel, https://www.youtube.com/c/
