Peach County Track and Field Sectional Qualifiers

Congratulations to our Girls and Boys Track teams, who both finished as Region 2-AAA Runners Up.  The Boys championship came down to the final race of the meet.  Peach County finished 1.5 points behind Pike County.

The following competitors and relay teams finished in the top four at the Region 2-AAA Track Meet and will advance to Sectionals.

Also, special congratulations to Homero Turrubiates, Markese Thompson, and Ivan Lopez, who were brave enough to be the first male competitors in the pole vault in PCHS history, with Ivan and Markese finishing in the top 8.
 
Nyla Johnson was the first female competitor to compete in the pole vault in PCHS history and finished in 2nd place.
